This is a free event. If you plan to set up a tent you must reserve a spot. Tent spaces are limited, but if none are available, attendees may still bring umbrellas and chairs to set up in the open space. There will be food vendor at this event however, attendees are welcome to bring their own food. Personal grills are allowed but charcoals must be taken away from the event site by the owner. Burnt charcoals cannot be burried on the field. Alcoholic beverages are prohited on the premises.
